By creating a Planner account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Planner.

2. Use of Service

You may use Planner for lawful personal productivity purposes. You are responsible for all content you create in the app. Do not use the service to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimer

Planner is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or service interruptions.
